Galaxy Note Edge is much better than LG G Pad 5, having a score of 81.7 against 70.8. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Galaxy Note Edge has the older 5.0 version and LG G Pad 5 has Android 9.0 Pie. Although Galaxy Note Edge is noticeably older and a little bit thicker than LG G Pad 5, it's design is still extremely lighter.
The Galaxy Note Edge counts with a bit superior processor than LG G Pad 5, because although it has a lower number of cores and less RAM, it also counts with a GPU. Galaxy Note Edge features a much better looking display than LG G Pad 5, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a way better pixels number per screen inch.
The Galaxy Note Edge shoots way better pictures and videos than LG G Pad 5, because it has a lot higher video quality and a much more megapixels back facing camera. LG G Pad 5 has a much better storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the LG G Pad 5 also has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
LG G Pad 5 features a much longer battery duration than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has an 8200mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Galaxy Note Edge costs a little more money than the LG G Pad 5, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
